MANUFACTURING UNIT AND PRODUCT/PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
All the product batches manufactured and raw materials purchased goes through stringent quality checks by Mr. Rajesh Dagli himself, founder of the company.
The regular production is technology oriented, and not man-power oriented; hence the dependency on the man-power is minimal, which enables the capacity of the manufacturing unit to produce upto 3000 kgs of master alloys a month.
As on today, the fact remains, 'Spangle' has no competition from any other Indian manufacturer in the market who has been able to attain the international standards in their products; which speaks for the great business opportunities in the future.
NEW PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
The constant efforts to develop new alloys to meet the requirements of the industry as well as those demanded by the new trends in the fashions have lengthened the "Spangle's" product list, which today has more than forty different alloys enabling the users to have a wide choice, practically to cover all special applications in the gold industry. This helps clients to rely on 'Spangle' as a single source for all sorts of various alloys used by them.
For the purpose of constant R & D, Spangle has special plant designed specifically for development of new alloys and invests about 10% of the annual turnover in renewal of research equipement, financing of research projects and improvement of the production process.
